The following terms and conditions govern the use of SMS and text messaging services provided by Integrative Counseling & Wellness LLC. Please read this information to understand our communication standards.
Consent to Text
By providing your phone number, you are opting in to receive SMS messages from Integrative Counseling & Wellness LLC. Consent is not a condition of any service agreement.
Message Frequency
Message frequency varies and is based on your interaction with our care team, including administrative reminders and health-related updates.
Message & Data Rates
Standard message and data rates may apply from your wireless provider for any texts sent or received in the course of our care coordination.
Opt-Out Instructions (Reply STOP)
To cancel the SMS service, text STOP to the sender. We will send a one-time SMS confirmation message, and then no further messages will be sent.

Supported Carriers
Messaging is supported by AT&T, Verizon Wireless, T-Mobile, and others. Carriers are not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages.

We may use the information we collect to perform the services requested including billing, customer service, appointment reminders and other administrative requests.

Mobile information will not be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. This includes text messaging opt-in data and consent.
As a current or prospective customer, you understand that you can text us STOP at any time to opt out of receiving SMS text messages from us. You can text us HELP at any time to receive help.
You understand that the messaging frequency may vary. Messaging & data rates may apply.
All policies are followed as per CTIA guidelines 5.2.1. At any time if you want your information to be removed, you can contact us via our email address or regular mail.
